Greetings!
Thank you for your interest in our training facility. Enclosed you will see four forms: a training agreement, a board agreement a credit card authorization form and a health record summary. We ask that you complete each form and return them to the office. Along with the contracts, we also need a copy, front and back, of your horse’s registration papers.
We ask that you bring the first month payments with you when you drop off your horse at the stables. The first month training and board is to be paid in full, we will prorate the bills the following month.
If your horse is insured please send us the pertinent information concerning its coverage and contact numbers in case of an accident or emergency. We also ask that you enclose all of your horses’ vaccine and shoeing records, along with the most recent dates your horse was seen by their equine dentist or vet for tooth care. Please include what inoculations your horse was given along with the dates the inoculations were given on the provided Health Record Summary form.
Ken Wold Training Stables bills prior to services rendered. For example, for training and boarding services from January 1st through the 31st the billing is received by you on or about December 20th. Payment is to be received in our office by January 1st. Most of our prices are outlined on the contract, but should you have any questions, please contact us to discuss matters further.
All outside services will be paid for by your credit
card. These services include, but are
not limited to, shoeing, veterinary care, chiropractic adjustments, equine
dentist, etc. In addition, any payments
due, but not received by the 10th of each month will be charged to
your credit card. There will be a 4%
processing fee assessed each time a charge is issued to your credit card
account. One credit card authorization
form must be completed and on file for the person responsible for paying your
account.
Please don’t forget to bring the winter blanket for your
horse when dropping her off at the stables.
If you don’t have one, we will purchase one for your horse.
